Cultivating a fun culture - that’s a goal of Rick Streedain’s and a fine one at that. Rick is an around expert at play. Aside from his primary passion for kite surfing, you can frequently find Rick at play on the mountains skiing, discussing #vanlife, taking care of his family’s new goats, brewing exceptionally good coffee, playing games in his full family arcade…and the list goes on.

Describe a little about yourself:

I’m am an entrepreneur who only pursues fun. If work is not fun, I’m out. I love to mentor and find talent to cultivate “fun culture”. When failing isn’t fearful and alone it to can be fun, or funny.

What do you do for play?

Hydrofoil, kite-surf and hang with friends.

How does play motivate you in your life?

I like seeing and making people smile. I like to be around people who smile or make me smile. Usually fun is involved. I run the other way from folks who are to serious...

When you think of your ideal day spent playing, what is it?

Kite surfing all day or playing in the snow with friends and dogs.

Our motto is Pursue a Life of Play. In your own words, what does this mean to you? How do you live it?

Go have fun, life life and laugh a lot.
